The main roadway bridge
at Crown Point, Leeds was widened and upgraded. The contract called for the
bridge facade and balustrade to remain. Marsh Bros. work included for the take
down of parapets and facade structure, remaking major arch castings, parapet
and parapet support castings, followed by rebuilding main support arch and
structure, finishing with the parapet which was new and part restored.
